The app even calculates your daily average for the current week and the last seven days, allowing you to see how you've been doing over time. Additionally, Active Week offers customizable notifications and lets you enable, disable, and re-order the data points that matter most to you. You can also switch between a dark or light theme, personalizing your app experience.

One of the best things about Active Week is its simplicity. It doesn't require an account or internet connection to use. Your health and activity data remain secure on your phone at all times, giving you peace of mind.

Currently, Active Week supports goal setting and tracking for a variety of data points such as Active Energy, Walking/Running Distance, Exercise Minutes, Flights Climbed, Mindful Minutes, Steps, Water, and Workout Minutes. The app continues to evolve, with more data points to be added in the future.
